Refund & Return Policy

At Love Gifts By Mommy Mayeth, each gift is thoughtfully handcrafted and often made specifically for you. Because of this, we have the following policy:

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized orders are final sale.
Once work has begun, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for custom items.

Ready-Made Items

If applicable, non-custom, ready-made items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve the problem through a replacement or appropriate solution.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect details provided by the customer

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Normal variations due to handmade craftsmanship
